Cooking involves mixing various ingredients, like Nuts, Granola etc. with the binding agent (sugars, honey etc.) while heating them simultaneously. The heating causes the sugars to thicken and make the entire lot hard and sticky. CT cooker has a double planetary mixing arms, attached to powerful motors, which effortlessly go about mixing all the ingredients. Ordinary cookers will simply fail during this process. The vessel construction can be in Copper or Stainless Steel (as per your choice)

The Double Jacketed kettle uses diathermic oil to heat the vessel. The heating is gentle, yet thorough.

All models are available in pastry version too, with grids to hold GN 1/1 trays. All models have air-cooled condensers. Pitch between two trays: 68 mm. Cabin temperature upto -40C.

Manual + motorised cutter from Mia FoodTech for Brittle bars is strong, studied to increase the continuous production saving operators energy and time.

Table in stainless steel with cooling system it’s used to mix and roll after the cooking process.

Manual cutter with blades is used to cut the final bars or slices dimension directly on the table.
