The Sicilian Pistachio is by far the most loved. This unmistakable paste uses only 100% Sicilian pistachios for an intense and perfectly balanced flavour, now in an even more practical pack.
For the Almond paste. The freshest almonds conquer the palates with their bitter background notes, for a gelato with its roots set firmly in the south of Italy. This almond cultivated in the sunniest provinces of Italy, Siracusa and Ragusa, obtains a unique flavour and its supply chain is guaranteed to result in a gelato with a delicate and refined taste.
